To ensure a smooth booking and trekking experience, payment is divided into two stages: Deposit and Balance Payment. Below are the details:


🔹 1. DEPOSIT (30%) – To Secure Your Booking

A 30% deposit of the total trekking fee is required to secure your booking and guarantee your spot. The deposit will be used for preparation, permits, and logistics.

💼 Payment Methods for Deposit:

📩 After making the deposit payment, please send your payment receipt via WhatsApp or email to confirm your booking.

Note: Deposit payment is required at the time of booking and will confirm your trekking spot. Deposit payments must be received within 7 days of booking.


🔹 2. BALANCE PAYMENT (70%) – Upon Arrival

The remaining 70% of the total trekking fee is due upon arrival on the first day of the trek.

💳 Payment Methods for Balance:

Note: If paying in foreign currency, the amount will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
If paying with a credit/debit card, please inform us in advance so we can prepare the EDC machine for the transaction.
